5- Amazing!! I want to read it again!

Review:

This book was amazing! It made me laugh, cry, smile and scream at the characters. It was just amazing. I didn’t really know what to expect when I started reading this book but the summary had gripped me so bad that I had to read it and I wasn’t disappointed when I finished it.
I’ve haven’t read any of R.J. Anderson’s other book but straight away I liked her writing style, it was clear and straight to the point.

I loved Alison’s character she was very unique and well rounded and I loved how she was able to hear colours and see sounds etc, it made the story different from anything else I’ve read and I loved it. Faraday… I loved Faraday so much, he just seemed like a small character and the BAM he’s one of the most important character in there, when I started reading I didn’t see that coming, but I glad that he was!

The plot was fast paced and easy to follow, the characters had depth and were realistic, the writing was amazing and the story was extraordinary. A story that will keep you guessing and a romance that you will fall in love with, if you see this book you have to buy and read it because you will not be disappointed… believe me!

Review:

This novel was so moving. I knew that it was going to make me cry and it did but it was just amazing. I’ve been writing this review over and over again because I can’t find the right words to do this novel justice, but I’m going to try.

Between Shades of Grey was a real eye opener to how things were for people in camps, yeah we have a basic image of how they lived and what they went through, but this novel shows all their struggles, their happy moments, their hopes and their losses. It shows you the parts that we shy away from and makes it real.

The characters were well rounded and easy to relate too. Lina was so strong and yet she had her flaws and she grew and matured as the novel went on and that makes her more of a character that people can like.

It had a good plot and was beautifully written, and unbelievably good story that will stay with you long after you have read the last page.

Book Geek Central isn't going to be having any posts this weekend, sorry guys. I have such a busy weekened and I really haven't got any time to add any posts.

Also I'm sorry there wasn't any posts up on Monday and Tuesday and that was becuase I had to reviece for exams and also I couldn't get my bookshelve tour to load up on YouTube.

So, I will be back on Monday and posts will be as normal, but Thursday's post might not becuase I have four exams on Friday.

Review:

I absolutely adored Jennifer’s other novel Going Too Far and I couldn’t wait to see what she come up with in Forget You. For me I found it a bit disappointing compared to Going Too Far, but I did enjoy it.

At the start of the novel I thought that the story was a bit slow and then as the story went on I started to get into it more and more especially the last few chapters. I love Jennifer’s writing, when I read her work it’s like the words just flow off the page.

One of the topics that Jennifer has mentioned both in Forget You and Going Too Far is the topic of sex. In this novel it focuses more on the good and the bad that comes from sex. I applaud Jennifer on adding real aspects of teen life into her novel… and yes sex is a part of the teen life for you who didn’t know that.

All of Jennifer’s characters are well round they have traits that you love and hate just as a real person does. For most of the novel I found Zoey’s character to be quite annoying, but Zoey had her reason and I liked how she developed and became a character that I really liked by the end of the novel. I liked Doug’s character he was mysterious and sweet at the same time, I also like how he developed through the novel.

All in all Jennifer made me love her writing and novels once again and I can’t wait to read what she writes next. If you see this book buy it but stick with it all the way through and trust me when I say you will love it.
