Goodreads summary:

When high school junior Natalie--or Dr. Aphrodite, as she calls herself when writing the relationship column for her school paper--is accused of knowing nothing about guys and giving girls bad relationship advice, she decides to investigate what guys really think and want.

But the guys in her class won't give her straight or serious answers. The only solution? Disguising herself as a guy and spending a week at Underwood Academy, the private all-boy boarding school in town. There she learns a lot about guys and girls in ways she never expected--especially when she falls for her dreamy roommate, Emilio. How can she show him she likes him without blowing her cover?

I loved this book so much. It made me laugh so many times it was unreal. This book was so cute, as I read through it it reminded me of ‘She’s the Man’ (one of the best films ever!) I had never picked up a Jody Gehrman novel before and I didn’t l know what to expect, but the detail that she gave about Natalie becoming a boy and all that she went through on her journey was amazing!

The story was a bit predictable once you got into it, (not that I’m complaining and some things did surprise me) for me that made the story even more fun to read because you know something was going to go wrong or she was going to make a little slip ups. One thing that I wish there was more of in this story was romance (just a hint more). The romance just seemed to go a little fast and there just wasn’t really that much of it.

The characters were given in so much detail and there were so many aspects to them. Natalie was an amazing character I loved her! She was witty and sarcastic everything that I like in my characters. I loved her two friends they were just so different but It worked so well with the story… did I mention that I loved them!?!

If you have this book on your shelf or are thinking of buying it, pick it now and start reading it. It’s an amazing read that will make you laugh out loud!

  1. I have had this one on my wishlist forever and every great review makes me want to get it so much more! My TBR list really is out of control though, so I am trying not to do that... Great review though! :)
